1 2 tsp
mayonnaise
1 2 cup

sriracha or garlic chili paste
2 tbsp
soy sauce
1 tbsp
splash maple syrup
Cucumber
  1. 4 Chop
Avocado
Serrano chile
Salmon
1 lb
  1. 5 Cut salmon into ~1" cubes, skin on OK
  2. 6 Rub with above dry spice mix
  3. 7 Sear in a non-stick pan until cooked, 145°F safe temp
