FM Flour (I like to mill 400g hard white, and 85g Kamut)

  1. 1 Combine dry ingredients and give a quick stir
  2. 2 Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients (no need to combine separately first)
  3. 3 Stir using kitchen aid + dough hook until it forms a ball.
  4. 4 Let proof for about an hour
  5. 5 Place in a parchment lined loaf pan for another hour
  6. 6 Bake 350F 40 min
