INGREDIENT QUANTITY PROCEDURE
sunfower seeds
1 cup
  1. 1 Pulse first 6 ingredients in a food processor
  2. 2 Add rye flour and combine
  3. 3 Add boiling water, maybe start with 1 cup and add more as needed. I didn't actually measure when I did this recipe so I don't know how much water I used :/
  4. 4 Spread thinly onto a piece of parchment paper, either using an offset spatula or with a rolling pin between two pieces of parchment paper
  5. 5 Bake 350 for 25 min until golden, more time if you want them more crispy. Let cool completely for maximum crisp. Optionally, turn off the oven and let them cool in the oven to crisp/cool simultaneously
